Legislative Action Summary
Mark Levine offered a spirited defense, supported by several expert witnesses, of his effort to require judges to consider any abuse by either parent to any other human being when deliberating child custody cases. Unfortunately, House Republicans killed the bill despite powerful, personal testimony on this necessary legislation.
